Yes, we have a talented team of framers who can make a bespoke frame for the artwork of your choice

Unframed prints are either hand rolled in and shipped in a rigid postal tube or flat packed between rigid card.
Framed artwork is sent by specialist courier and packed to protect the corners of the frame and the glass.

Our team will also keep you up to date via email, including sending out shipping confirmation and any tracking numbers.

Delivery times depend on the artwork chosen. If this is being sent unframed we aim for this to be with you in 14 working days. If you would like the artwork to be framed we aim to have this ready within 21 working days. With aluminium we aim to have the artwork ready within 21 working days. You will be notified all along the way regarding delivery lead times.

A limited edition artwork means that only a limited number can or will be produced. The edition size tells you how many artworks will be produced. Generally, smaller size means it is rarer and usually more expensive.

This is when the artwork has been printed and then has been gone over again to recreate some of the texture which was there on the original, it often makes the artwork more unique as no two can be identical.

Once you receive your artwork, you have 14 days to return it and get a full refund if you're not happy.
If you want to return an artwork, please contact us at contact@thymecontemporary.com. It is your responsibility to cover the return postage.
Our returns policy excludes items that are hand-made to order, such as artwork that has been framed or commissioned. These can only be returned if they are faulty.

If your packaging is noticeably damaged, please reject the delivery. It will then be returned to us. If you have already accepted the delivery, you will need to contact us within 3 working days of receiving your artwork to be eligible for a replacement or refund.
It's very helpful if you can take photographs of the unopened packaging, and you should keep the artwork in the original packaging until we resolve the issue.
If the artwork arrives damaged but there is no damage to the outer packaging, please contact us at contact@thymecontemporary.com with photographs of the artwork.
